1. Service and accounts
TripManager provides cloud-based software for travel, transport, and booking operations. Your business receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the subscribed service. You are responsible for all account users, protecting credentials, and ensuring that information entered in the platform is accurate and lawful.
2. Fees and price changes
Fees, taxes, plan features, and usage limits are those stated in your quotation, order, or invoice. We may change prices, plans, or included features by giving notice before the next renewal or billing period. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised charges. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension of service.
3. Client data
You retain ownership of the business and customer data that you enter into TripManager. You authorise us to host, process, back up, and use that data only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must obtain all notices and consents required from customers, drivers, vendors, and staff whose data you upload.
4. Availability, backups, and support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, connectivity, third-party services, and events beyond our control may affect availability. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate business records and exports. Support, onboarding, and implementation services are provided according to your plan or written agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform, transmit harmful content, or use the service in a way that infringes another party's rights. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, misuse, or legal compliance.
6. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party will protect the other party's confidential information. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service reasons. Material changes apply prospectively after notice. Either party may end the service according to the applicable commercial agreement. Outstanding charges remain payable, and you should export your data before service ends where needed.
8. Liability and commercial agreements
To the extent permitted by law, TripManager is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption. These Terms are supplemented by any signed quotation, order form, or service agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
